Warming up again by doing some sketches of Alonda’s graduation party. Also: I found my kneaded eraser so I didn’t have to spend hours in Photoshop cleaning up the lines that were too tight to get by rubber! \o/

EGGS ARE THE EASIEST IN THE WORLD, I DON’T KNOW HOW TO COOK ANYTHING AND I KNOW HOW TO COOK EGGS so I hope they turned out good.

Oops, I really didn’t clarify that. Eggs aren’t the hardest to cook scrambled, but I want fried eggs.

They came out scrambled this morning.

;u; They were still alright though..

Tried for fried and ambled into scrambled? ・)a

Try turning the heat down, be really patient with it, and use more butter in the pan?

Zorro kills a thief in a lecture hall at the University of Michigan.

I AM DYING THIS IS SO GREAT.

Why doesn’t stuff like this ever happen in MY lectures???

Oh my God, I watched it twice and I practically died from laughing at the brilliance of it. I’ve had people shanghai at least one lecture on Valentine’s Day but nothing this amazing.

Ohhhh college

u of m is good you guys

not to BRAG or anything

THE PROFESSOR IS JUST LIKE “LOL OK”

SWEET MOTHER OF GOD

i feel honored to have people like this in my state omg

THIS IS AWESOME! WHY CAN’T THIS KIND OF STUFF HAPPEN IN MY SCHOOL?! XD

By comparison my college is filled with lame idiots

That was the most perfect thing I’ve ever seen

I wish my college was like this…

I can’t wait for college

MY UNIVERSITY, LADIES AND GENTLEMAN

Oh hey OCHEM!

My favorite part was the end with the professor adding an alcohol group and a hydrogen.

That was lovely XD

My alma mater, people! I almost miss Chem 1800, this lecture hall, it’s huge.

I actually don’t think the animation was that bad for its time? I can name so many other anime from the 90’s that were animated a lot worse.
if you’re still interested in the plot and characters though, you could just read the manga. The first two volumes are pretty close to the anime (‘cept towards the end of vol. 2) and the rest of the manga is supposed to be a lot different (from what I’ve heard)

Pretty much. I’m sorry it’s not Cowboy Bebop, but in the 90s it was pretty good.
And the manga does follow a rather different version of the story after the first few books, but it has some really great development and twists. The author had more time for backstory. The stakes are higher. Things completely unimaginable in the limited scope of the anime show up in the manga. So I’d definitely recommend both versions.

Hey Theodore Roosevelt, remember that time someone tried to assassinate you, but you just laughed and proceeded to give a 90-minute long speech with the bullet lodged in your lung, where it remained for the rest of your life? Or when you tore up your leg after being thrown into piranha-infested waters while exploring uncharted Brazil? Or all those times you broke your ribs from falling off horses while doing bad-ass jumps? Or when you destroyed the sight in your left eye in a White House boxing match? Or that time you killed a cougar in a knife fight (seriously.)? And how the only way death could finally get to you was in your sleep, in the early morning on this day in 1919. Here’s to TR as the infinite inspiration for pure, condensed badassery. ;)

Theodore Roosevelt, October 27, 1858 – January 6, 1919

“Death had to take him sleeping, for if Roosevelt had been awake there would have been a fight.”

 Original Badass.

All of our presidents combined can’t add up to how much of a badass he was.

Teddy needs his own fucking action movie.

I WOULD GIVE ALL OF MY DOLLARS TO SEE THAT MOVIE HAPPEN.

And what we got was a movie about Abraham Lincoln as a vampire hunter.
